An unusual rare post WWI tinplate money box, a donation tin for St Dunstans, featuring the Old Bill character (the mascot as used on many a converted London bus used in France during WWI), a rectangular tin, approx 8” long, 5½” high and 2¾” deep in a light blue, with a V cutout and Old Bill’s head to balance a coin on to tip into slots either side. “St Dunstan’s They Gave Their Sight, What Will You Give?”.£517 at auction
